The food found at Mamnoon Street is nothing new to the world, but it is certainly new to Seattle. Middle Eastern street food vendors have fine tuned the recipes over centuries so we can’t take all of the credit, but we like to think we’ve enhanced a cuisine that can be so simple, stylish, and delicious all at once. Using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients allows us to seamlessly blend old-world recipes with our new-world style.
